AKAMM INTERNATIONAL former Khadeejah memorial school was founded in 1985 to give first stage of education to young children in the area who before would have gone without or faced a two hour walk to the nearest school.
It is said, teach a child the right path and when he is older, he will remain upon it. For it is easier to build children then to repair men’ and by providing education, a structure environment and a square meal each lunchtime we can build strong foundation for the future generation of this country. It does not take much to make a real difference to a child’s life. At Khadeejah memorial school we believe that assessment provides the basis of informed teaching, helping pupils to overcome difficulties and ensure that teaching builds upon what has been learned. It is also the means by which pupils understand what they have achieved and what they need to work on.
